Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 119 Highlawn Dr, Ripley, WV 25271, USA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are:

Monday - Thursday 10am - 5pm
Friday-Saturday 10am-6pm
Sunday, 12am - 5pm

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Here at Farmhouse Market Finds, we try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible!

With that said, we understand that returning items that don't work for you as well as you'd hope will happen, so we want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible!  If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 5 days of delivery for store credit. 

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers. 

  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer. Return shipping charges will not be refunded or included in store credit. 
  • Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit expires in 30 days. 
  • Returns must be post marked within 5 (five) days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 5 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. 
  • Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, free of damage & have original tags attached. 
  • Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email when your Return is processed. It will be sent to the email address you have on file.  
  • Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.  
  • Cancellation Policy: We are unable to cancel any orders more than 48 hours after the order has been placed. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs.
